Product Description:

This product is a non-ionic wax lotion, which is used in water-based varnish and coatings industries, and can significantly improve the wear resistance, smoothness, anti backtack and other properties of the coating. This product is highly abrasion resistant and has good stability when mixed with various resin lotion. It is easy to disperse and easy to use. At the same time, this product has excellent alcohol resistance and good compatibility and storage stability when mixed with solvents such as methanol and ethanol in large proportions.

3、 Performance characteristics

1. This product is recommended to be added in the later stage of coating production. If it is added during the preparation process, attention should be paid to the dispersion effect and its impact on viscosity.

2. The recommended dosage for this product is 5% -8% of the water-based coating, and the specific dosage needs to be determined by the user based on experiments. The maximum dosage can reach 10%.

3. This product can be added to water-soluble resins, water-based emulsion resins, or water-based pigment pastes.

4. This product can be added in methanol and ethanol solutions. It is recommended to dilute the wax lotion in a ratio of 1:1-1:1.5 with methanol and ethanol. If ethanol is added to the system after dilution, the effect will be better.

4、 Precautions

1. Store in a sealed and cool place at a temperature of 5-30 ℃, avoiding direct sunlight and freezing.

2. The original packaging has a shelf life of 12 months at room temperature. After use, the container should be sealed. Once the container is opened, it is recommended to use it up within a short period of time.
